You can change all three from your account, at any time. There's no minimum number of orders and no fee for stopping.
Which one do you want?
Skip sends the next order later and leaves everything else alone. Use it when you've still got most of a bag left.
Pause stops orders without ending the subscription. Use it if you're away, or your dog is on something else for a while.
Cancel ends it. Your discount goes with it, so if you're only stopping for a few weeks, pause instead.
How to do it
Open the link in any subscription email, find the subscription, and choose skip, pause or cancel. Do it before your next billing date, because once an order is billed and picked it's on its way.
If you've missed the cut-off, email [email protected] straight away and we'll stop it if the warehouse hasn't sent it.
Starting again later
You can start a new subscription at 20% off whenever you like. The discount applies again from your first order.
