The discount applies to every order, not just the first.
How often can I get it?
Monthly, every two months, or every three months. Pick a bag that lasts longer than the interval, so the next one arrives before you run out. Find your dog's weight in our bag and delivery guide to see which size lines up with each.
Am I locked in?
No. There's no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. You can pause, skip, change or cancel from your account at any time.
When am I charged?
On the same cycle as your deliveries. You'll get an email before each order is billed, so a delivery never arrives unannounced.
Why is it cheaper?
A subscription tells us what to hold in the warehouse and lets us plan production, so we pass that back. For a dog with sensitivities there's a second reason to like it: their food stays the same and doesn't lapse, which is the thing that upsets a settled stomach.
