The three signs
You paid less than the retail price. Subscribers pay 20% below retail on every bag. A 2kg bag at $44.00 is a subscription. The same bag at $55.00 is a one-off.
Your order confirmation mentions a delivery interval. Something like every month, every two months, or every three months. A one-off order doesn't have one.
You've had an email telling you an order is about to be billed. We send one before every subscription charge. One-off orders don't generate them.
The sample bag is never a subscription
The 2kg sample at $19.99 is a single purchase. Ordering one doesn't sign you up to anything, and nothing gets charged afterwards unless you set it up yourself.
How to check properly
Open the link in any email we've sent you about your order and look for your subscriptions. If there's one listed, it will show the bag size, the interval, and the date of the next billing. If there's nothing there, you're not subscribed.
While you're in there, check the size and interval still match what your dog gets through. Both can be changed, and moving up a bag size lowers what you pay per kilo.
