Changing when your next order arrives
Open your subscription and move the next billing date. Bringing it forward gets the bag to you sooner. Pushing it back suits a full cupboard.
Do it at least a couple of days before the order is due, otherwise it may already be with the warehouse.
Changing the bag size
Switch the size and the new price applies from the next order. Bigger bags cost less per kilo. So if your dog has grown, or you started small and now know the food suits them, moving up saves money.

Changing how often it comes
Pick monthly, every two months, or every three months. If you're not sure which fits, work out your dog's daily amount from the feeding guide and divide the bag weight by it.
Changing your address or card
Both live in the same place in your account. Update the card before your next billing date. A failed payment holds up the order.
