What counts as not the right fit?
It covers a dog who won't eat it, a dog whose stomach doesn't settle on it, and a dog whose itching hasn't shifted.
You don't have to prove anything or send the bag back.
How do I claim it?
Email [email protected] with your order number and a line about what happened.
Telling us what went wrong helps us. It's how we work out whether a dog needed a slower transition, or the food just wasn't for them. It isn't a condition of the refund.
Does it cover the sample bag?
Yes. The $19.99 sample is covered the same as a full bag.
How long do refunds take?
Once we've approved it, the money goes back to the card you paid with. Banks usually take a few working days to process it.
What if it's been longer than 30 days?
Email us anyway with your order number and what happened. We'll look at it case by case.
