Is it the same food as the full bags?
Yes. Same recipe, same 2kg bag. The only difference is the price.
Do I have to subscribe to get it?
No. It's a one-off purchase. You order it, it turns up, and nothing else happens unless you decide to buy again.
How long does 2kg last?
Depends on your dog. A 5kg dog gets around three weeks out of it, a 10kg dog closer to a fortnight, a 25kg dog about a week. That's enough to get through a proper transition and see how they settle.
Why is there a shipping fee on a discounted bag?
The sample costs us more to put in your hands than you pay for it. The $5 contributes towards the shipping cost and keeps the bag itself at $19.99.
What if my dog doesn't get on with it?
Our 30-day Sensitivity Promise means a full refund. Email [email protected] and we'll sort it.
Can I order more than one?
We offer one sample bag pre address. We sell the sample below what it costs us to make and ship, so we limit it to one per household. If you have several dogs, or you already know the food suits yours, a full bag works out cheaper per kilo.
What happens if it works?
There's a card in the box with 25% off a subscription. Otherwise a standard subscription is 20% off every bag at whatever interval suits you.
