No. Our kibble is formulated for adult dogs. A growing puppy needs a different balance of nutrients, so feed them a food made for puppies until they've finished growing.

Why puppies need a different formula

A puppy is building bone and muscle, and the balance of energy, protein, and minerals like calcium and phosphorus has to support that. Adult food is formulated to maintain a dog that has already finished growing, not to build one.

When can my dog switch to it?

Once they've finished growing. That's usually around a year for small and medium breeds, and later for large and giant breeds, which can still be growing at 18 months or beyond.

Your vet can tell you where your dog is up to. Ask at their next check-up.

My puppy is itchy and I need a hypoallergenic food now

Talk to your vet. They can put your puppy on a food that handles the sensitivity and still supports growth.

Our food will still be here when your dog is grown.

I've already bought a bag for my puppy

Don't feed it. Email [email protected] with your order number and our 30-day Sensitivity Promise means you get your money back.

If you'd rather hold onto the bag until your dog is old enough, unopened kibble keeps for 18 months.
