Most orders reach North Island addresses within one to three working days of dispatch. South Island and rural addresses take a day or two longer.

What slows things down?
Courier volumes around Christmas and Easter, weather closing roads in the South Island, and addresses the courier network treats as rural.
When will my subscription order arrive?
On the same timing as any other order, counted from the day it's billed rather than the day you set. You can see the next billing date in your account, and move it forward or back if the timing has drifted from when your dog actually needs it.
It's been longer than this
Check the tracking link in your dispatch email first. If tracking hasn't updated in more than two working days, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll chase the courier.
