Shipping is free on orders over $89. Below that, a standard shipping charge applies at checkout.
What about the sample bag?
Sample bags carry a shipping fee regardless of the order total. The bag itself is priced under half the usual cost, and the fee covers part of what it costs us to get it to you.
Do rural addresses cost more?
Rural delivery attracts a small surcharge, added at checkout so you can see it before you pay. It applies to the addresses New Zealand Post classifies as rural, which sometimes catches people who don't think of themselves that way. This is because our courier charges us more to deliver to rural addresses.

How do I avoid paying shipping at all?
Two ways. Order enough to clear the threshold, which one 8kg bag at $148 does comfortably. Or save 20% on a subscription and set a bigger, less frequent delivery.
If you're near the threshold, adding a pack of poop bags usually gets you over the line. Have a look at what else we sell.
Do you ship outside New Zealand?
Not at the moment. We ship within New Zealand only.
