You'll receive a 2kg bag, usually within one to three days of ordering. Inside the box you'll also find a card with a subscription offer on it, which is worth keeping.
Don't tip the whole bag in on day one
Dogs with sensitive stomachs need easing across. Keep feeding whatever they're on now and mix ours in over about a week:

The total amount in the bowl stays the same. Only the ratio changes.
What should I be watching for?
In the first week, stools are the thing to watch. A bit of looseness while the gut adjusts is common. If it's still loose after a few days, slow the changeover down and give each stage longer.
Skin and coat take longer. Give it a few weeks before you judge whether the itching has eased, and keep flea treatment current in the meantime so you're not chasing the wrong problem.
